Frequently Asked Questions::

Q. After I make a purchase, how do I download and/or burn a CD?
A. After your purchase is made through Paypal, you will receive an email detailing how to access your music. Click Here for the instructions to download your music. After downloading you are free to burn a CD using your preferred CD Burning software. We hope to have a CD Burning walk through shortly.

Q. Is there a download cap?
A. No. You purchase each song individually. This is not a file sharing website. We do not offer a certain amount of bandwidth to download as many tracks as you'd like. After purchasing your song, you are only allowed one login to the download page. Be sure you are on the computer where you want the music to be stored (or on a computer that has a CD Burner)

Q. Is my payment transaction secure. Is my credit card at risk?
A. Your payment transaction is completely secure. We use Paypal which was recently acquired by EBAY and all information is submitted through their secure server. We never see your credit card number.

Q. I am not comfortable giving out my credit card information over the internet. Is there any way I can send you a check?
A. Of course this is not our preferred method of payment, but we may be able to accept a check and activate your account when it clears. We only ask that you contact us first to acquire our payment address and information.

Q.What bit rate do you encode your music?
A. We generally do not encode at a variable bit rate. All of our music is encoded at least 128 kbps and most are in the process of being encoded or re-encoded at 192 kbps or greater.

Q. How does you feel about trading MP3 music purchased from your site?
A. This is not legal and we encourage you to refer people to our site. This ensures the writers of the music get paid - we pay royalties to the agencies representing the songwriters.

Q. After I login to download my music and click the download link, internet explorer automatically plays the song?
A. Note: In some instances, internet explorer is set to play media files by default. If you do this, you may not be able to burn your tracks to a CD. To DISABLE THIS FEATURE:
Go to the internet explorer's Tools menu, Select Options, Click on the Advanced Tab, UNCHECK the item that says something to the effect of "Don't play media in the media bar", Click Apply and/or ok.

Q. Once I purchase a song, how do I retrieve the music?
A. Once purchasing the music, you will receive an email with instructions on how to acquire your music. This happens virtually immediately after purchasing the music.

Q. Is this legal and how is it different from all the other MP3 transfer sites I've been to?
A. It is legal. Royalties are paid to all of the composers/song writers on this site. Unlike some of the other sites you have been to, we are not simply a medium (i.e. Kazaa) between two users who want to trade MP3’s. We scan and encode all of our CD’s and test them for quality. Additionally, the CD's are purchased by us and are hosted on a dedicated FTP server.

Q. What if I find a song(s) that have a flaw or are missing from the download site.
A. Occasionally this will happen. With the number of MP3’s that we add on a regular basis there is bound to be a skip, here or there. In cases like this, please let us know so we can re-rip the song(s) to your liking. We keep a database of all reported issues with our music and will resolve the issue.
